“ETERNAL LIFE; A GIFT GOD HAS GIVEN OF HIMSELF…”
And so much more in Christ Jesus our Lord the mind cannot conceive for those of us who believe.
However, as it is written: “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him”—1Corinthians 2:9. Are we there yet? Has anyone really believed our message and truly know what this walk of faith is all about? Or are we still wondering in our “wilderness of unbelief” trying to bring this concept of a living and Holy God 18” from our minds to our hearts waiting on a miracle to happen and is about life and death to convince us that this IS real for a spiritual awakening to present itself in our lives? I should hope not because as the Apostle Paul stated in 1 Corinthians 15:19; “If our hope in Christ is for this life only, we should be pitied more than anyone else in the world.” How precious is God that not only has given us the free gift of eternal life for those of us who believe, but sent His one and ONLY son to pay the price for us with His life…death on the cross, has also equipped us to walk in this shadow of the valley of death under His protection and guidance by His Holy Spirit with the lamp of His Word as a light for our feet that we may not stumble in darkness and gifts to ensure our victory as we proclaim His Living Word to those that are still in darkness to set the captives free from the enemy. Amen. What more do we want? What more could we possibly ask for? Apart from that our Father still says; “Ask…and you shall receive…Seek…and you shall find…Knock…and the door shall be open.” Have it not dawned on us whom we serve? He is the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the Holy and Living God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob…the author and finisher of our faith. For alone HE is God…the great I AM and there is no other beside Him. Amen. We go about our day I think at times not be-holding the Lord before us as we ought to, nor seeking His counsel in all matters as we should, seeing that He directs our path and wants the best for each of His children…we lean on our own understanding excluding the Father from our daily walk and plans, which He wants to be part of… that special fellowship that talks to Him not as the God that He is, but as His children whom He dearly love with a love beyond our human understanding…Agape Love. Are we there yet? Can you see it? I thought about writing today and I didn’t know what to share and this came to mind and as I meditated on it I found myself praying in spirit and tears falling, because even I am guilty of not having paid attention to just how much God loves us and as His Word states; “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is long-suffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” 2 Peter 3:9. It’s about the people that God is truly concerned about, not this world…for it has been corrupted by the “Prince of this World”, Satan. God wants to gather His chosen and elected from this place before that Day of the Lord comes and then who can stand in that day of our Lord? Having said this, may we grow up in this walk of faith and consider how wonderful and gracious our God and Father is and what He has in store for those of us who shall be about our Father’s business in spite of such oppositions and trials…this is what we were called, predestined, and chosen to do or we never would have received that call when we first believed. Amen. So as we press forward in faith to faith and glory to glory, let us behold Him before us in counsel, in fellowship, in prayer and worship, in faith as we stand on His promises during our process of growth, knowing that “If God is for us, who can be against us?” Let us be refreshed and make our calling sure and as if God was pleading through us to this lost world; “The king of Sodom said to Abram, “Give me the people, and keep everything else for yourself.” It’s all about the people and the love of God for them that are still waiting to be called home. Amen. May the God and Father of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob protect you, watch over you and keep you and bless everything you do and touch in Jesus name. Amen and God bless family.
REMEMBER!!! Go take a peek at the novel if you haven’t yet. “Battlefield of Angels” It’s a glimpse at spiritual warfare around us and rate this. Though fictional in content many of the events are realand a shadow of my life.
